After months of waiting, Ted McKinney, Director of the Indiana State Department of Agriculture, can finally assume his new position as the U.S. Agriculture Department’s first Undersecretary for Trade and Foreign Agricultural Affairs. Steve Censky was also confirmed to become Deputy Agriculture Secretary The nominations were approved on voice vote Tuesday evening, one day after the Senate Agriculture Committee approved the nominees.
